Achieving this vision takes many aspects, but a key pillar in our strategy is to be technically strong. Our customers’ needs are often complex, so technical competency is critical to enable us to offer nutrition and forage advice that adds value.
We aim to offer market-leading breadth of knowledge and experience with four full-time nutritionists and two consulting nutritionists.
Recently Nadine Olsen and Louise Salter completed their Australian Association of Ruminant Nutritionists membership by examination qualification (AARNe). National Technical Manager Alun Faulkner says, “They both put a lot of hard work into passing the AARN examination late last year.” The AARNe (membership by examination) is a professional qualification that indicates they are advanced advisors with competency and expertise in the field of ruminant nutrition”.
He goes on to say, “Having qualified ruminant nutritionists who understand the complexities of both pasture and high input systems gives our team confidence when offering technical solutions to our customers.”
The technical team supports our regionally based twelve Area Managers, many of whom hold a tertiary qualification. We extensively train our team on the value of our products, animal nutrient requirements and forage best practices. This additional support from our technical team ensures we are the leaders in the animal nutrition and forage industry, allowing Nutritech to add value and support our customers and their businesses.
