Developed thanks to a specific research and development program – to help drive growth rates, feed conversion efficiency and reduce mortality in broilers, OPTIWALL® offers balanced and guaranteed levels of mannan oligosaccharides (MOS) and β-glucans from batch to batch.
OPTIWALL® is a feed material (EU Regulation 68/2013) that can be used to support the performance and well-being of all animal species. It can be included in animal feed, premixes and supplements, including organic feed (EU Regulation 889/2008 and 834/2007).
Why a new yeast cell wall product?
Yeast cell walls (YCW) are the insoluble fraction of autolyszed or hydrolysed yeasts, obtained after the separation from the cytoplasmic content (the cytoplasmic content will make up the yeast extract).
YCWs are widely used in animal nutrition as a source of MOS and β-glucans for their proven effects in supporting gut health primarily for their prebiotic effect.
