Aerobically unstable silage produces significant amounts of heat from the uncontrolled growth of yeasts in the silage, leading to significant dry matter losses. The inhibition of yeast and other unwanted micro-organisms improves aerobic stability and stops forage heating, resulting in more hygienic and palatable silage.
MAGNIVA® Platinum contains enzymes plus three EFSA approved and proven bacteria technologies, including the newly-patented Lactobacillus hilgardii CNCM I-4785 – a unique strain of bacteria – that in combination with Lactobacillus buchneri NCIBM 40788 works across a variety of forages to:

One 20kg bag treats 200 t of fresh forage.

Store granular inoculant in a cool location out of direct sunlight.
When applying MAGNIVA® Platinum PDA Granular ensure the applicator is clean, calibrated and free of moisture.
Any remaining product should not be left in the applicator and should be put into an airtight, moisture free container.
